Online Classes

Please note that there are no refunds available for online class purchases (whether live, pre-recorded or PDF-based). If you cannot attend a live class, you may choose to attend at the next class date, or gift your spot to a friend.

HEALTH DISCLAIMER: Please realize that we here at YancyLael.com are not licensed medical professionals. Our information and products are not meant to diagnose or treat ailments.

Please also realize that we use essential oils in most of our products, which may cause allergic reactions and/or photo-sensitivity in some people. Please be aware of your allergy history to prevent any reactions to our products.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, it is safest to confer with a physician before using ANY products that contain essential oils.


Physical Products

All other physical products are made to order, and as such, cannot be refunded.


Coaching sessions & Readings

You must be 18 or older in order to use these services. All coaching and reading sessions must be paid for in full before the service is rendered. By purchasing these services, you acknowledge that you will take full responsibility for the actions you take from the information you receive during these consultations. There are no refunds for these services, and no refunds for cancellations (you may reschedule, however, with proper notice). Please contact me immediately if you need to reschedule a consultation/reading.

Please note that if you are unavailable for your consultation/reading at the time of the appointment and have not given prior notice, you will not be able to receive a refund.


SHIPPING

Items will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise noted.

Please remember, we cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages occurring during transit of products. If you want to purchase postal insurance, please contact me at info@yancylael.com before you make an order.

Shipping charges, when applicable, include the packaging (boxes, supplies, etc.). Shipping & handling overages will be refunded. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please be aware of your country's customs regulations. We cannot be held responsible for any international taxes, customs fees, and/or seizure of packages by customs officers.  At this time, we only ship to U.S. and Canadian residents.


Happy customers are my biggest priority, but please be aware that because this is such a small company, and because of the nature of the products and services, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final, unless there was problem caused by our error.

Please note: If you choose to refuse a package, that will NOT secure you a refund.

All orders are processed via Stripe.com, which, like PayPal, hides all credit card information from vendors. Your credit card information is safe and secure.
